BCLS WK!

Helllo Peopo! Promise to update my blog and so I'm here :)! Today was really a very pleasant day for me because i just pass my BCLS test which means i'm nw officially a certified CPR provider! And just incase if you don't know what BCLS stand for , Basic Cardiac Life Support. Our test including 4 modules which is Adult CPR, Infant CPR, Adult choking and Infant choking

During one of our BCLS lesson in sch, we really need to ventilate the manikin and there's a machine beside that can detect how many mls and pressure we actually ventilate in and also how well we do for our chest compression.

And this is my poor hand after doing 5 cycle of chest compression ( if you can figure out where is the red part hahaha)
